Appointments and scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed by us. A requested appointment is not guaranteed until we confirm it with you. We recommend arriving on time; late arrivals may reduce the time available for your service and could affect pricing.
Cancellations and no-shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments. Any deposit policy will be communicated to you before it applies.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is based on the service, style, length, and size requested. Final pricing is confirmed before your service begins. Payment terms are accepted at the salon unless otherwise arranged.
